As you are very aware, my wife and I have been working with Ms. Dora Gonzalez Ruiz for over two years in our quest to purchase a penthouse in the San Francisco District of Panama City. As a Licensed Real Estate Broker for almost thirty (30) years in the State of Nevada, I can honestly say that I have never worked with or observed a more dedicated, more professional, more tenacious or more personable Real Estate Agent in my entire career. To say that Dora went above and beyond the expected professionalism is a gross understatement!

The Sellers in our transaction displayed an arrogance and complete disregard for any normal ethical business standards which we had come to expect during our many years of Real Estate investing.

Dora never gave up on fighting for our best interests even though our Attorney did not perform in the manner that we expected.

Dora persevered and always, always, always kept us advised as to the progress, or lack of it, during the construction phase.

As of this date, some six months after the issuance of our occupancy permit and our final payment, the unit is still NOT ready for occupancy. Dora continues to work on our behalf to insure the completion of the required repairs as noted during our "walk through inspection".

We are quite certain that your Firm has many very competent, professional and personable Sales Associates; however, we are more certain that there is none that can compare to the standards displayed by Dora Gonzalez Ruiz.

Should we find it feasible to purchase additional property in Panama, we most certainly would ONLY consider, once again, utilizing the services of Ms. Gonzalez Ruiz.

While speaking Spanish helps to enhance ones experience of the people and rich culture of Panama, knowledge of Spanish is not necessary to work with Century 21 Semusa Realty.  All of those on the great team at Semusa Realty that we met have a fine command of English.
