In August of 2004 my wife and I planned to come to Panama to explore the possibilities of us purchasing a vacation/ retirement home. While speaking Spanish helps to enhance ones experience of the people and rich culture of Panama, knowledge of Spanish is not necessary to work with Century 21 Semusa Realty. All of those on the great team at Semusa Realty that we met have a fine command of English.
We were impressed with the welcoming spirit, the warmth and professionalism of the people at Semusa Realty from the start. Our agent, Dayra, was responsive to our needs and schedule and she was prompt and efficient. At the Semusa offices, using their state-of-the-art web-based color photo listing service, we were able to review dozens of listings, sorted according to our budget and preferences, all in one afternoon.
Dayra provided speedy follow-up by contacting owners of our selected choices, collecting keys and making appointments. Over a period of several days, Dayra drove us to see at least 25 apartments grouping the visits by neighborhoods when possible so we could see the most in the shortest time. It worked very well! And we did find an apartment just right for us.
